Shipping of any order worldwide is free. We deliver orders by DPD courier service and Polish Post (Poczta Polska) depending on the country of destination and the size of the order. All orders are shipped from Poland.
After preparing the order, we will send a link to track its delivery to the email address specified in the order. Delivery time depends on the country of destination, the average time from ordering on the website to receiving it is 4-8 business days.
Orders placed on the Queensleep.eu website can only be delivered to persons over the age of 18.
Attention: when ordering for shipment outside the European Union, the customs authorities of the destination country may require you to pay an import duty. If there is a need to pay duties or other taxes, they are paid by the client.
